Formula
Age is counted in calendar units: complete years since birth first, then complete months since the last birthday, then the remaining days. If a month is shorter than the birth day (for example, someone born on the 31st), the last day of that month counts as the monthly anniversary.
People born on 29 February have their birthday counted on 28 February in non-leap years.
